TaoTek has a very simple fee schedule. For on-site support the first hour is $100 (this includes a $30 travel fee for metro Atlanta support) and $70 per hour there after. For remote support (web, phone, or us working on your machine here), the rate is $60 per hour. If you have a special project or training class in mind, just let us know and we will be happy to work up a quote for the project. We will also be happy to set you up with a Service Contract customized to your exact needs, which includes reduced rates on the above services.
